The Times they are a-changing

The Thunderer comes out with a leading article calling for greater support of the most sensible mode of transport for modern cities- the bicycle. I'd only argue with one of their points. You can cart a lot of shopping, and even children, around with pedal power, you just have to plan ahead when buying your bike and kit.
