London's cycle highways

Ken Livingstone has announced £400million in planned investments to make London a cycling supercity. The scheme will include special cycle ways and free (after registration) municipal bikes. The chairman of the AA weighs in, voicing his new found concern for the safety of cyclists by basically saying that we should get off the roads.
